Butter Balls

The kids or grandkids can help you with these.

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup nonfat milk powder
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup honey

Your choice of two of the following:
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup Craisins
1/3 cup sunflower nuts
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup crushed cereal (like Honey Bunches of Oats)

Almond bark

Combine peanut butter, milk powder, flaxseed, and honey, mixing well. Stir in your choice of the two additional ingredients.
Roll into small balls. Roll balls in crushed cereal. Place on waxed paper.
Refrigerator one hour.

Melt almond bark on low, stirring often.  Dip balls.  Refrigerate at least one more hour before serving.
