Olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. ground flaxseed
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. black pepper
1 T. parsley
1 T. parmesan cheese
1/4 t. Italian seasoning, to taste
Rinse and pat chicken dry.
Combine the bread crumbs, flaxseed, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a plastic bag, seal and shake to blend. Set aside.
Brush chicken in olive oil.
Place breaded chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake, uncovered, in a 375-degree oven for about 25 minutes, or until chicken is done and a golden brown.
