Five Down, Two to Go

I'm feeling great!  I'm sleeping well, and I have a good amount of energy.  I continue to have slight nausea in the morning, but it's not long-lasting.  I don't really think there's anything I can do about it anyway.  It's probably because of all the vitamins and supplements I have to take.  I'll make sure to ask the doctor when I see him on Tuesday if there's any way to combat it.

I happened to pick up a salad dressing emulsifier a few weeks ago and decided to put it to use with some homemade dressing.  I'm thinking, what's the big deal?  Can't I just shake the oil and vinegar and other incredients up like I did with the last batch?  Let me just say, there is a big difference between shaking the ingredients together and using an emulsifier.  The emulsifier blended everything perfectly.  It was so much better than my last attempt.  I thought I would share this great recipe, in case you want to try it.  I wish I could remember the source so I could give it credit, but it may come to me yet.  Anyway, mix or emulsify this:

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/6 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/6 cup Udo's Choice EFA Oil Blend (find it in your health food store)
1 teaspoon real maple syrup
onion powder to taste
garlic powder to taste
black pepper to taste

Let me know how you like it.

Enjoy your day.  Enjoy this blog.
