First Full Day of Spring

Ahh...the first day of Spring.  How long we have waited for this day.  The grass is greener.  The days are longer.  I saw my first robin today, too.  Yea! 

I'm trying to decide what to focus on this week. 

I want to start a walking regimine...


but I also want to start eating more fruits and veggies. 



I know I should be drinking more water,



and some people say it might help to log my food intake. 




I actually just want to lose weight!  All the little enhancements I've been making throughout the year have made absolutely no dent in my waistline.  Ugh!  So help me out; which step should I take next?
